THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No.1619 OF 2019 O R D E R :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue informed the Court that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.14086 of 2019, dt.10.07.2019, the case of the petitioner was considered vide order dated 21.10.2019 and granted pension to the petitioner. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is of the considered view that since the order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.14086 of 2019, dt.10.07.2019 has been complied with, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
