ORDER:

This civil revision petition arises out of order, dated 14.10.2014, in I.A.No.124 of 2014 in I.A.No.575 of 2013 in O.S.No.72 of 2010, on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Sattenapalli.

On 10.04.2015, no one appeared for the petitioner and hence, the case was posted for dismissal. However, the case was later adjourned twice. Even today, when the case is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing his cause in the civil revision petition.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel to dismissal of the civil revision petition, C.R.P.M.P.No.1893 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
