The petitioners pray for the following relief: ".........Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the 3rd respondent authority in not entertaining the impleadment petition filed on 06.01.2018 by the petitioners under Order 1 Rule 10 read with 151 CPC dt.06-01-2018, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice............."

On 27.07.2018, the writ petition was passed over for the day and taken up today.

Today, when the matter is called, no representation for petitioners or any accommodation is sought for. Mr.Sri Harsha Reddy places on record, the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 24-07-2018 and submits that the writ prayer is rendered infructuous. The statement is placed on record.

Writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
