THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4575 of 2015 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Section 115 of CPC challenging the filing of E.P. No.172 of 2015 in O.S. No.268 of 2008 on the file of the Court of VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
