Heard Sri Sreenivasa Rao Velivela, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri N. Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.
Both the learned counsel are in agreement that the issue raised in this Writ Petition has already fallen for consideration before this Court in Writ Petition No.28791 of 2012 and batch. A copy of the common order dated 14.09.2012 passed therein is placed on record.
For reasons alike as were stated in the afore-stated order and in terms thereof, this Writ Petition is disposed with a direction to the respondent Corporation to receive and process the petitioners' Application for building permission without insisting on production of a TSLR Certificate or a 'No Objection Certificate' from the revenue authorities. The Application shall be considered favourably if it is otherwise in order and in accordance with law. No costs.
Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
