ORDER

Challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in preparing panchanama dated 13.5.2015 and initiating proceedings under Section 6-A of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955, against the petitioner, the present writ petition has been filed. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition as and when new cause of action arises.

Reserving the said liberty, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
