Aggrieved by the action of official respondents in interfering in civil disputes of the premises bearing municipal No.18-1-544, and the land in Sy.Nos 92 and 93 at Kandikalgate, Hyderabad pending between the petitioner and respondent No.6, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on instructions submits that the 5th respondent is not interfering in the civil disputes with regard to premises bearing No.18-1-544 and the land in Sy.Nos 92 and 93 at Kandikalgate, Hyderabad. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
