THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2016 of 2006 ORDER:

The petitioner - respondent preferred the present Criminal Revision Case by invoking the provisions under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure being aggrieved by the order, dated 01.08.2006, passed in Crl.R.P. No.12 of 2006 in by the IV - Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nellore.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent, who is the husband of the petitioner, has expired and therefore, nothing survives in this revision for adjudication.

Recording said submission of the learned counsel for the 1st respondent, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
