In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioner/A14 seeks to quash the proceedings in CC No. 258 of 2013 on the file of III Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, L.B.Nagar, registered for the offences under Sections 120-B, 447 & 506 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act (Crime No. 254/2012 of Medipally Police Station). 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 25.6.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Medipally Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate and submitted that the case was ended in acquittal on 30.05.2015 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in CC No. 258 of 2013 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
