When the matter was taken up for hearing on 02.07.2015, none appeared for the petitioners nor any representation was made on their behalf and hence the matter was adjourned. On 17.07.2015 also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioners nor there was any representation on their behalf either during forenoon session or in the afternoon session. Hence, it is clear that petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the case.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
