HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.26185 of 2016 ORDER:

It is stated that revision filed by the petitioner in Rc.No.1530/1993 is pending before the 2nd respondent. Aggrieved by the non-disposal of the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the revision in Rc.No.1530/1993, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the parties to the revision within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
