The learned Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent-State submits that the police filed final report of the crime supra that was taken cognizance by the learned Magistrate allotting C.C.No.13 of 2017 against the petitioner/A.4 in Cr.No.199 of 2016 of Thallada Police Station, Khammam District, for the offence u/sec.420IPC. Having regard to the above, liberty is given to the petitioner/s to impugn said police final report by filing fresh petition with chargesheet and part-II C.D. material.
