Heard counsel for the petitioner, the Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents 1, 2 & 5; and Sri A.Jagan, Standing Counsel for respondents 3 and 5.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he had made a representation dt.03.10.2015 to respondents 2 and 5 seeking allotment of paddy under the Custom Milling Rice Scheme to it and that the said officials have not passed any orders, although more than one month has elapsed since the submission of said representation.

3. The learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies states that the respondents 2 and 5 will dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of one month.

4. Having regard to the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 and 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dt.03.10.2015 and pass orders thereon within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
