Against the orders of punishment dated 05-01-2015, the petitioner appears to have filed a detailed Appeal before the Deputy General Manager-cum-Appellate Authority of the respondent Bank on 11-02-2015 and the same is still pending. Therefore, the ends of justice would be adequately served by directing the 1st respondent Deputy General Manager to deal with the Appeal of the writ petitioner as expeditiously as is possible, preferably within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law thereon and communicate the same to the petitioner. With this, the writ petition stands disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Bank Sri B.S. Prasad, but however, without costs.
