Mohammed Tajammul Hussain v. The State Of Telengana
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NO.23019 OF 2018
O R D E R
The grievance of the petitioners in this writ petition is that though no crime was registered against them, the 4th respondent at the instance of unofficial respondent No.5, is calling them to police station and requiring them to settle the family dispute.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the 4th respondent - Sub Inspector of Police, stating that no complaint is pending against the petitioners and the 4th respondent never summoned the petitioners to the police station, nor required them to settle the dispute with the 5th respondent.
Recording the above statement, writ petition is disposed of. It is made clear that life and liberty of the petitioners shall not be interfered with, and in case their presence is required for the purpose of investigation, the same shall be strictly in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs. ---------------------------------------------------- A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J DATE:06-07-2018 AVS
