THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.4221 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A1 to A6 in Crime No.74 of 2012 on the file of the Station House Officer, Kotapally Police Station, Adilabad District.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after full-fledged trial, the petitioners/A1 to A6 were acquitted. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
