HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.17462 OF 2017 ORDER:

Without getting into the veracity of the statement viz., that the complaint dated 29.04.2017 was received but entry in G.D was not made, much less F.I.R registered, Mr.T.C.Krishnan, counsel for petitioner, does not press the prayer and seeks liberty to send the complaint by registered post acknowledgment due (RPAD). The liberty as prayed for is granted. The petitioner, if so advised and circumstances warrant, can send the complaint by RPAD to 3rd respondent.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
