THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.9440 OF 2023 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed by the Special Judge for Economics Offences, Hyderabad in Crl.M.P.No.1815 of 2023 in C.C No.120 of 2018, whereunder while granting bail to the petitioner/Accused, he is directed to execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused, as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

The present petition is filed seeking relaxation of the condition on the ground that the petitioner is unable to secure the said amount. The petitioner was already granted bail on 11.09.2022. However, due to his incapacity, the petitioner is unable to furnish sureties.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the order dated 11.09.2023 by reducing the surety amount from Rs.2,00,000/- to Rs.50,000/-

with two sureties for the like sum each. The other conditions imposed by the trial Court remain unaltered.

With this modification, the Criminal Petition is disposed off. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
