ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the notice dated 31.07.2007 issued by the respondent-District Registrar, Stamps and Registration, Srikakulam.

It appears that the petitioner was asked to appear before the respondent with regard to payment of the deficit stamp duty and registration charges vide notice dated 31.07.2007. Pursuant to the same, the petitioner submitted his explanation on 20.08.2007 and thereafter, filed the present writ petition.

In the counter-affidavit filed by the respondent, it is stated that pursuant to the explanation of the petitioner, final order was passed on 13.09.2007 and the petitioner has to challenge the said final order.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate legal steps against the final order, if he is so aggrieved. No costs.
