HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 26148 OF 2019 ORDER:
According to the petitioner, she is the owner and pattadar of agricultural land to an extent of Acs.5.09 guntas in Sy.No.306/A1/1 of Polkampally village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, having purchased the same by her husband long ago. Her husband name was mutated in the revenue records and was issued pattadar pass books and title deeds, and subsequent to the demise of her husband, name of the petitioner was mutated in the revenue records and was also issued pattadar pass books and title deeds. However, after the revision of land records, new pattadar pass books are not issued to the petitioner for no justifiable reason. In spite of several requests made, so far the pattadar pass books are not issued and causing hardship to the petitioner. But, however, there is no proof of submission of representation. 2.
Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make representation to issue new pattadar pass books and title deeds and to reflect her name in Online revenue records. As and when such request is made, the Tahsildar shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders by assigning reasons in support of the decision. If the petitioner is entitled to new pattadar pass books and title deeds, the same shall be issued to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of representation by the petitioner. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
