Order:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the Nature of

Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the case of the petitioner for transfering from the Goverment Medical College, Ananthapur, where she is pursuing MBBS, to the Medical college, Osmania university, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.193, dt.09-09-2009, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of Natural justice besides being violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, on par with other students, who were transferred on medical grounds."

At the hearing, Mr.A.Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4- University, submitted that as the academic course of the petitioner has been completed, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

The Counsel for the petitioner is not present to oppose this submission.

In the light of the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.4University, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 25-03-2011, is vacated and WPMP.No.40415 of 2010, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
