CVNR,J &DVSS, J Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This appeal arises out of order and decree dated 13.04.2016 in L.A.O.P.No.279 of 2013 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Allagadda, Kurnool district.

Though the sole respondent died prior to October, 2017, the appellant has failed to bring on record, his legal representatives, though repeated opportunities were given.

Therefore, we have no option, other than dismissing the appeal as abated.

As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, miscellaneous applications if any, stand dismissed.
