This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.80 of 2006 on the file of the Court of the VIII Metropolitan Sessions Judge and Special Judge for Economic Offences at Hyderabad.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not handed over the connected papers to him. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, no purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
