There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 2.
The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "... to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to forward final report (charge sheet) in FIR No.46/12 dated 31.1.2012 on the tile of Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad by declaring the action of the respondent Nos.3 and 4 in contemplating to arrest the petitioners in FIR Nos.557/2011, 114/2012, 117/2012, 119/2012, 124/2012, 203/2012, 204/2012, 205/2012, 287/2012 & 288/2012 on the file of Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 placed on record the written instructions, dated 03.10.2013, issued by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, SZ, ATM WCO-I & VI Teams CCS, DD, Hyderabad.

From the perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that the petitioners herein are shown as accused Nos.1 and 2 along with other accused in ten crimes registered against them for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B read with 34 IPC. All the ten crimes were transferred to the Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, where those cases were registered once again on the file
of the Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, as mentioned in the written instructions. On investigation, a prima facie case was made out against the petitioners (A.1 and A.2) in all the crimes that they have committed the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B read with 34 IPC beyond all reasonable doubt. As per the evidence, the petitioners are arrested in ten cases on 30.09.2013 and remanded them to judicial custody on 01.10.2013. The written instructions are made part of the record.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that there are no merits in the writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No costs.
