The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that since the subject suit in A.S.No.252 of 2010 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy district, at L.B.Nagar, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging interlocutory order passed in the said suit.

Recording the said submission, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
