This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. by petitioner/Accused seeking bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.329 of 2022 on the file of Falaknuma Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354-D and 506 of IPC 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record 3.
Learned counsel lor the petitioner submits that the Police are deliberately making the petitioner sit in the Police Station for hours together.

Perusal of the record reveals that the offences alleged against this petitioner are punishable less than seven years, as such, the Investigating Officer in Crime No.329 of 2022 on the file of Falaknuma Police Station, Hyderabad, is directed to follow the procedure laid down under Section 41-A Cr.P.C and also the guidelines formulated by the Hon'ble Supreme

Court in Arnesh Kumar a, Sto:te of Biharr scrupulously. Further, the Investigating Officer is directed not to force any settlement in between the spouses and shall not make the petitioner/ accused sit in the Police Station for hours together unnecessarily without ary reason. However, the petitioner shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer by furnishing information and documents as sought by him in concluding the investigation.
