THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.15101 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents.

Petitioner's grievance is that a Revision was preferred by her under Section 4-B of the Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfer) Act, 1977 before the 1st respondent, that the said Revision Petition has been numbered as R.P.No.19271/Assn V(1) of 2009, and that the 1st respondent has not passed any orders thereon even though seven years have been elapsed since then.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 1st respondent will dispose of the said Revision within four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

4. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the said Revision within four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
