This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the Order dt. 13.03.2012 in CMA No. 07 of 2011 passed by V Additional District Judge, Rayachoty.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the main suit i.e., O.S.No.14 of 2011 pending on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Rayachoty, has been disposed of on 09.06.2017 and therefore, the cause in this petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
