THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.9000 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the accused Nos.1 to 3, 5 and 9 to 12, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., to grant pre arrest bail in Crime No.161 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Rly. Kodur Police Station, Kadapa District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 148, 323, 324, 427, 452, 506 and 109 read with 149 of IPC.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are intending to surrender before the trial Court. He further submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the bail application on the same day. In view of the said submission, the trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the bail application, if any filed by the petitioner, on the same day in accordance with law.
