I.A.NO.1 OF 2025 This interlocutory application is filed by the petitioner-A.1 praying this Court to modify and extend 15 days time for surrender of the petitioner before the concerned magistrate, instead of police station. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that this Court granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 22.08.2025 in Crl.P.No.10546 of 2025 to the petitioner imposing certain conditions. One of the conditions is that the petitioner has to surrender before the Station House Officer, Narsampet Police Station, within two weeks from the date of the said order, which expired on 05.09.2025. He further submitted subsequent to obtaining anticipatory bail, the police filed series of criminal cases against the petitioner and the same were challenged before this Court vide Crl.P.Nos.10956, 10958, 10959, 10967 and 11383 of 2025 which were allowed and the petitioner was directed to surrender before the concerned Magistrate within two weeks from the date of order. He further stated that due to filing of criminal cases, the petitioner herein could not appear before the police and prayed this Court to extend 15 days time to

surrender before the concerned Magistrate instead of Station House Officer.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Magistrate on or before 22.09.2025.

With the above modification, this interlocutory application is allowed.
