THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 24600_OF 2015 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under: " ...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, to declare the inaction of the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in not considering nor initiating any action on the complaint dated 23.7.2015 submitted by the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and against the provisions of law and consequently direct the 3rd respondent herein to forthwith initiate action by registering a crime against the 4th respondent herein."

3.

Learned GP appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 placed on record, the written instructions dated 13.8.2015 issued by the Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Kalla Police Station, West Godavari district. From a perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that the petitioner has lodged a complaint through registered post on 28.7.2015 against one Bandara Venkata Padma Rao i.e., respondent No.4 herein. After receipt of the said complaint, respondent No.3 made a G.D. entry on 28.7.2015. After going through the contents of the complaint, respondent No.3 advised the petitioner to approach the concerned forum since the matter is civil in nature and also the entire matter does not fall under his jurisdiction.

4.

In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the Writ Petition. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
