1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the order dated 10.02.2010 passed in M.C.No.4 of 2010 on the file of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Adoni of Karnool District. At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing the present petition has become infructuous.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly this petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
