It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the lis in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in WP.No.26929 of and Batch, dated 31-10-2016. The same is not disputed by Sri T.Nageshwar Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 3 and 4. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medical and Health appearing for respondents 1 and 2.
Since it is stated that the representation of the petitioners stated to be pending before the competent authority, it is for the competent authority to take action and dispose of the same. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the competent authority is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners in terms of the judgment of this Court dated 31-10-2016 passed in WP.No.26929 of 2016 and Batch. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of There shall be no order as to costs.
