HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE J. SREENIVAS RAO CONTEMPT CASE No. 1620 of 2019 ORDER:
This Contempt Case IS filed invoking the provisions under Sections I0 to 12 of the Contempt ol Courts Act to punish the respondent for gross violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.394l of 2017, dated 19.06.2019 2.
Heard Smt Pushpa Rani, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Covernment Pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of the respondent 3.
Leamed counsel for the petitioner submits that inspite of the specific direction issued by this Court on 19.06.2019, respondent has not considered the claim of the petitioner for issuance of pattadar pass book, without any valid reasons.

Learned Assistant Govemment Pleader submits that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 19.06.2019, respondent considered the application submitted by the petitioner dated 30.08.2019 and issued proceedings vide Rc.No.B/2106/2019, dated 16.12.2019, rejecting the claim of the petitioner and placed a copy of the said proceedings by duly sen,ing upon the leamed counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the compliance ol the order passed by this Court on 19.06.2019, no further adjudication is required 6.
Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to avail the remedies as available under law including questioning the proceedings dated 16.12.2019. No costs Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
