THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No. 16429 of 2014 ORDER :

The petitioners, who are accused Nos. 1 and 2 in Crime No.97 of 2014 of Lakkireddipalli Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, filed the present application under Sections 437 & 439 Cr.P.C. seeking enlargement on bail in the above crime registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 307 r/w 34 IPC, Sections 20(i) & 29(4) (b) of the A.P.Forest Act, Section 3(1) of the P.D.P.P. Act and Sections 5, 55 (ii) & 58 of the Bio-diversity Act, 2002. At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the police have completed the investigation and filed charge sheet, whereas the learned Additional Public Prosecutor disputed the said fact.

Having regard to the above, the petitioners, if so advised, shall move an application for regular bail in case charge sheet is filed, before the trial Court and the same shall be dealt with, in accordance with law, at the earliest.
