HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.26157 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in calling the petitioner to the 4th respondent police station and harassing him, though no crime is registered against him, as being illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 02.12.2019, submits that basing on the complaint of one Abdul Hafeez, a case was registered in Crime No.822 of 2019 under Head Woman Missing of Malkajgiri police station on 19.11.2019 and took up investigation. It is submitted that during the course of investigation in Crime No.822 of 2019, the missing woman was traced on 29.11.2019 and on enquiry she confessed that, she voluntarily went away with one Monu. It is further submitted that as the missing woman was traced, the petitioner will not be called to the police station and the case would be finalized.

Recording the said submission on behalf of the respondent, no further orders need be passed in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
