This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.3 in not completing the investigation in Crime No.184/2016, dated 16.07.2016, registered against respondent Nos.4 to 6 for the offences punishable under Sections 447 & 427 of IPC and in not filing final report/charge sheet under Section 173(2) of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, before the Trial Court.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating after completion of investigation charge sheet is filed before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Special Mobile), Medak on 18-07-2016 vide C.C.No.549/2016. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
