THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.22848 OF 2018 ORDER :
This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondents 2 and 3 in not taking action against respondents 4 and 5 by not registering the crime against them and their family members in pursuance to the complaints dated 19-03-2018 and 17-04-2018 made to them respectively.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that complaint of the petitioner-company was enquired into and found that the same relates to money transaction between the petitioner and the 4th respondent. As such, the 3rd respondent suggested the petitioner to approach the concerned Court for redressal and the same was entered in the General Diary.
Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, it is open for the petitioner-company to avail alternative remedies available to it under law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
