Ramachandra Rao) Heard the counsel for petitioner, Sri M. Srikanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for State Bank of India, for 1st respondent; and Sri N.V. Subba Raju, counsel appearing for 2nd respondent. 2.

It is stated by counsel for petitioner and Sri M. Srikanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for State Bank of India, for 1st respondent; and Sri N.V. Subba Raju, counsel appearing for 2nd respondent, that the order dt.19.05.2017 passed in S.A.No.113 of 2017 has since been complied with and the possession of the subject property was delivered by 2nd respondent to 1st respondent and by 1st respondent to petitioner; and that the Sale Certificate has also been issued on 03.12.2019 to petitioner.

In this view of the matter, the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
