This Appeal is filed by the Appellant - National Insurance Company, challenging the judgment and decree, dated 27.02.2006 in MVOP.No.79 of 2005 on the file of Chairman, Motor Vehicle Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum - II Additional District Judge, Karimnagar at Jagtial.

Learned counsel appearing for both parties submitted that in view of compromise arrived at between the parties, Lok Adalat passed an award, dated 07.04.2017, and hence, the appeal may be disposed of in terms of the said award passed by the Lok Adalat. In view of the above submission, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat. No order as to costs. Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
