This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.3 and 4 in Crime No.126 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, J.Madugu (U) Police Station, Y.S.R. Kadapa District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 407, 420 and 379 read with 34 of IPC.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. _________________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J June 16, 2017.
