THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.22908 of 2018 ORDER:

The request of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct the survey, as sought for in his representation, dated 24.04.2018, and demarcate and fix the boundary stones of his property said to be in Survey No.692/A1 in an extent of Ac.0.08 guntas situated in Huzurnagar Revenue Village and Mandal, Suryapet District. I have heard the submissions of Sri Mullangi Ramireddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and that of the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (TG), appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, if a direction, as sought for, is given, ends of justice would be met. He would also submit that the petitioner would pay the necessary fee for survey by way of a challan by following the procedure. Learned Government Pleader endorses the said submission.

Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 and 3 to have the survey conducted, as sought for by the petitioner in his representation, dated 24.04.2018, on the petitioner paying the requisite fee as per the procedure, and demarcate and fix the boundary stones of his

property of an extent of Ac.0.08 guntas in Survey No.692/A1 situated in Huzurnagar Revenue Village and Mandal, Suryapet District. The necessary exercise shall be completed within two months from the date of such payment.
