HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.22869 of 2018 ORDER:

Alleging inaction of respondents in disposing of the representations dated 08.01.2018 and 05.02.2018 filed by petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

Having regard to the limited grievance, I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order:

(a) the petitioner is given liberty to re-submit representations dated 08.01.2018 and 05.02.2018 before respondents by enclosing a copy of this order within two weeks from today;

and (b) On such re-submission, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the representations dated 08.01.2018 and 05.02.2018, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months thereafter.
