Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner claims to be owner and in possession of land to an extent of Ac.0.28 guntas in Survey Nos. 730 part and 731 part of Janwada village, Shankarpally mandal, Ranga Reddy district, having purchased the same through registered sale deed dated 20.4.2018. In order to demarcate his property and to fix the boundaries, he has submitted prescribed F-Line application on 14.8.2019 through Mee-Seva online portal for conducting survey. Copy of F-Line petition is filed as Ex.P.1 and during the course of hearing learned counsel for petitioner furnished the acknowledgment issued by Mee-Seva. Alleging that no further steps are taken pursuant to said application, this writ petition is filed.

Since petitioner claims to have sought for conducting of survey and application has been made, without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner in the affidavit filed along with writ petition regarding ownership, 4th respondent is directed to process the application submitted by the petitioner to conduct the survey by following due process of law and communicate the decision to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If Tahsildar is not accepting the request of the petitioner for conducting survey, he shall intimate the same in writing by assigning reasons to the petitioners.
