17.04.2026 SK, J I.A.No.1 of 2026 Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition is filed to permit the petitioner to engage new Counsel i.e., Mr. Mohammed Khasim Saheb in place of Mr. Md. Ajmal Ahmed and also permit the petitioner to withdraw the above writ petition i.e., W.P.No.24512 of 2025.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that pending writ petition, the petitioner joined duty in his parental department i.e., respondent No.2 on 01.02.2026, and there is no necessary to pursue the writ petition, hence, requested to allow the Interlocutory Application by permitting the petitioner to withdraw the W.P.No.24512 of 2025.

In view of the submission made by learned Counsel for the petitioner and for the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed by permitting the petitioner to engage the new Counsel i.e., Mr. Mohammed Khasim Saheb in place of Mr. Md. Ajmal Ahmed and also permitting the petitioner to withdraw the W.P.No.24512 of 2026.

Accordingly, the Interlocutory Application is ordered. ______ SK,J W.P.No.24512 of 2025 In view of allowing I.A.No.1 of 2026, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
