HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.26153 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in interfering with the petitioners' possession and enjoyment of land to an extent of Acres 5.00 guntas, situated in Sy.No.943 and 946 of Fara Nagar, Jawahar Nagar Village, Kapra Mandal, MedchalMalkajgiri District, without following due process of law. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue basing on written instructions submits that no assignment was granted to the petitioners; that in fact the subject land is allotted to the secretariat employees; and that when the petitioners tried to encroach the subject land, the Secretariat Housing Society members have lodged a criminal complaint against the petitioners. Learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to avail

alternate remedy as may be available to them under law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
