The present writ petition is filed to declare the action of the fifth respondent in not registering the crime based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 10.03.2019, as being illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 04.12.2019, while denying the allegation of the petitioner that he lodged a complaint on 10.03.2019, submits that the petitioner sent the complaint on 10.08.2019 by speed post and was received by the fifth respondent on 03.12.2019, wherein the petitioner alleged that she is the absolute owner and possessor of Acs.06.24 guntas of land in Survey Nos.13, 14, 17, 19 and 20 of Lingarajupally Village, which is sought to be criminally trespassed into by one Mallareddy and his wife, respondents 6 and 7 in this writ petition. Learned AGP further submits that upon receipt of the said complaint, a GD entry was made and after enquiry, a case was registered in Crime No.136 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC on the file of Atmakur (M) Police Station, on 03.12.2019 4.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader on behalf of the official respondents, since a case has been registered acting on the complaint of the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and therefore, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.
