Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for revenue for respondents. 2.

The second petitioner claims to be the owner and in possession of land to an extent of Ac.1-00 in Sy.No.437/6AA of Nagineniprolu Village, Burgampadu Mandal. The first petitioner is the owner and in possession of land to an extent of Ac.3-00 in Sy.No.437/6A of Nagineniprolu Village, Burgampadu Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District.

Petitioners submitted application in F-line mode through online web portal, on 10.07.2019 requesting to conduct survey. The TSTS Ltd., receipts are enclosed as Exs.P.2 and P.5. Alleging that so far survey is not conducted, this writ petition is filed. 3.

In view thereof, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar-2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioners for conducting of survey and to pass orders as warranted by law, by assigning reasons in support of the decision. If the 2nd respondent is in agreement to conduct survey, he shall take up steps to conduct survey. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
