THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.3177 of 2013 ORDER:

The petitioners pray for the following relief: " Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned action of the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in harassing the petitioners by 'sms' and telephone calls to pressurise the petitioners to come over the police station in connection with crime No.134/ 2012 on the file of Respondent No.3, even after they were released on bail, is being illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of the India".

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during pendency of the Writ Petition, Crime No.134 of 2012 on the file of C.C.S. Team 1, Hyderabad, was closed by the respondents. The statement is placed on record.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as no further orders are necessary.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand disposed of.
