This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/complainant to quash the proceedings in Crime No.315 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to renew his request before the concerned police.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
